Personal data
ICTCG s.a. is the controller of the data you send us through this site or by e-mail.
- Diagnosis request: your website address, your e-mail address and the optional information of the form (name, company, phone, VAT number, hosting provider, details) are used only to handle your request, to draw up the quote and for the exchanges that follow. They are not passed on to third parties. No login or password is requested.
- Delivery: the form is processed by the site’s function hosted at Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) and delivered by e-mail through Amazon Web Services (SES service, Ireland region) to ICTCG’s mailbox. No copy is kept on the site or by these processors beyond delivery.
- Protection against bots: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell a human visitor from a bot, Cloudflare processes technical signals from the browser and the device (including the IP address), without tracking cookies or advertising use; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, on request by phone or by post to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and does not measure its audience. Changing language and browsing require no storage on your device.
